Sears YELLOW bike stand.

I remember a thread a while back about some of you buying a Sears Yellow bike stand. I bought one and it works fine except, how do y'all strap it to the bike? I've looked at the straps that come with it but it doesn't seem to be the best bike to strap down with the example in the directions.

I've got the same lift. I just take the seat off and run the two straps over that area. I've never had a problem even while using a cheater bar to break the upper shock resting bolts loose.

We have a Pepsx stand (I think that's how it's spelled.... :oops:) No need to strap it down if you have it seated right. We only strap it down if Marty's going to be majorly manhandling it....
(We use the yellow lift to get it up there)
