To me nothing quite says "Here comes a big cruiser" like that 3-light combination of a headlight and large spots coming toward you. Aside from the ground fix the thing I'd most like to get done over the winter would be the addition of a lightbar.

Has anyone ever used this particular setup on an R or S with covered forks, in combination with a Memphis Fats shield and lowers? From the picture it looks as if the spots might sit far enough forward to clear my windshield, if not the lowers too.

If you read the reviews, there is one (EC from Albuquerque, NM) makes note that this works with his Memphis Shades. There was another review who questions whether Lowers will work, however.

I have the Honda lightbar and a MS shield. I have no problem with this combination. But due to the relocation of the turn signals, the lowers could not be installed as designed. Instead, I simply reversed them and instead of the lowers being in front of the turn signals, they are behind. Simple, yet still effective.

I assume the Big Bike version would reqire the same solution.

Thanks Old Fart. Like a lot of guys I usually only do the reading as a matter of last resort ;) I'll check out the reviews!
