You know how each spring we see allot of new names on the Board but most seem to fade away. There's usually 1 or 2 that stick around. I thought we could do an Official Rookie of the Year in the fall for fun.

This year my vote goes to Gen Xer and his brother-in-law Dean. They have been on allot of rides this year. Maybe we can do a Hooters meet soon and they will get a prize.

Here they are, Gen Xer and his wife on the right and Dean and his wife on the left. Dean does not drive a VTX and I'm not sure if he logs onto this site.

I thought this might be a thread about Adrian Peterson!

I am lost for words...but I have had a lot of fun with you guys and thanks!

So X'N, per your emoticon are you offering? 8)

...and MnXRider, careful what you say about another man’s wife. Luckily I don’t feel threatened by you whatsoever. 8)

I have really good news for you Gen Xer, the two kids upstairs with the naughty emoticons don't come out on rides, so you'll be able to keep LiL' Wilbur in the Barn. :pepper1: :a13:

Don't forget a trophy for PeteX.
How about one for the most signatures given out in a year.

Don't forget to do the pre check before you leave, "is everyone gased up".

I'll keep my eye out for you guys while riding in sconnie land. I'll be getting a late start. Ride safe.

Not sure why, but this thread reminded me of the two guys taking a leak off a bridge.
One guy says "boy, that water is cold!"
The other guy says "yeah, and deep too".

....... well I thought it was funny.

Unless someone moved it, my trophy is still lying behind a dumpster at a certain hotel in Kansas City. I think it's a good place for it :D

I rode by to try to find it so I could mail it back to you with a big bow on top...alas, it was already gone

I'm cracking up at the image of you going into the local post office with a half-full can of gasoline, trying to explain why you are putting a bow on top of it and mailing it to MN

a short tale about the recipient & they'd have a big smile on their face as they helped me wrap it up :)

3:27 AM? you really do work an odd shift...easy to forget the little things like gas when you're getting home that time of the night.

don't feel bad though...buddy of mine just bought a '05 1300C last week & rode with a group from work over lunch last friday, never even checked the petcock (owner had it on reserve)...so he ran out on the tail end of our ride and had to ride b*tch on a Honda Superhawk 1000 to the gas station to get a can :)
