1300c your opinion

hey i have a chance to buy a 1300 c 2004 model with vanes and hines pipes and hypercharger for 5000 it needs a rear tire can you put a 200 size tire on this without any mods

I would put it on the 1300 riders section, it is kind of slow here on the KY board this time of year. I am sure you would get a quick answer there.

I bought an 05 13C and absolutely loved it! I like riding quick especially in the turns, but don't care much for the crotch rocket slump..I'm an ole man ya see. Anyhow, I read and read and listened to all the hoopla about the 18 and how much stronger it was than the 13 and just like a big ole blue cat, I took the the chicken liver all in and ran with it! I bought an 18F Spec 3 and I was expecting this mind altering performance jump....
It's just not there. I know this will just cause a tizzy in the pantyies and drawers of many, but I'll tell ya, the difference is there, just not what everyone leads you to believe. Is it a few thousand dollars worth of extra power? Not by a long shot! The 13 is an excellent choice, and even more so if you can get a great deal on it. Would I recommend an 18 to anyone...I ride the hell out of mine, it handles almost as well as the 13 in the turns, just not as crisp because of all the extra weight, but when its all said and done, I'd have either if I could afford it. You can't go wrong with either, just depends on what kind of money you want to turn loose of.

To go with a 200 you would have to do what they call the Foots mod thats where your replace the rear wheel,brake and caliper with a set up from an 1800.
