where you located? I have got a 2004 Honda CRF250 , its a fourstroke race bike. Much smoother than a 2-stroke and alot more power!

I owned a 2000 CR250 two stroke for a couple years and absolutely loved it, I am a big guy for that bike though and realized it going up hills and flat out I was at a disadvantage power to weight ... at least to my fellow riders much lighter and shorter than me.

Honda released their 250X and 450X a couple yrs back and they have gotten great reviews from al aspects including DirtBike mag Bike of year for 2006. Tranny more suited for wider variety of ridimng styles and elec start.

Mine was a blast but you take the newer CRF 250 and 450 are an awesome pair of rides...you would be happy on all of them.

Or you could go with the most powerful of the bunch, a CR500....what a rip that would be.
