I haven't seen anyone being from Fargo on here, but I'm shooting in the dark here. We lost our puppy today, slipped outta of his collar, and he was off like a rocket. In-laws where watching him, and if anyone in a 500 mile radius has seen the weather, it's down right sh#$ty out there. Anyway, if there is anyone from south fargo on here and has seen Gus, he's a lab-american bulldog mix, black and white, weighs 30 lbs, and is about 5 months old, PM me.

We are at whits end here,

any help out there would be appreciated.

Mike

Well we found him in a corn field on Monday night, but the little guy was so scared that he took off on us and we couldn't find him again. After about five hours of looking and walking that corn field, we decided to leave some food and shelter out there and check it in the morning. Went and checked it but no Gus. The father in law found some tracks in the new snow and followed him for a couple of miles and finally after ducking and dodging him he layed down in tree row. He was out there for three days in a snow storm, below zero temps on Sunday night, and with no food or water. We took him to the vet right away to get him checked out and they said he was absolutly healthy, they couldn't belive it. He's one of the luckiest dogs I know.

Did you find him :?:

I thought I'd check, we lost our Schnauzer about a month ago and he was missing for almost 4 days.
A guy was walking and heard a faint bark in a culvert about a 1/2 mile from our house. Two Loaders, shovels and a yanked cement culvert 3/4 + full of packed wet dirt later, we retrieved him. Boy was he stuck!
I don't think he would have lasted another day since he was getting pretty dehydrated.
A person can sure get attached to these pets and you really miss them when there gone.
Hope you found or are able to find your pet.
