Man, I hope it's not so, but I just got word that Bud had a wreck in Little Rock and has been hospitalized. He was reportedly on his bike at the time. I'm told it's not life threatening injuries but he has been admitted to the hospital.

Anyone heard this? I'll update if I can get more info.

Cruiser67It is true in fact thats why I came here tonight to post and let everyone know.
Bud aka ArkyX(formerly VTXer) was in Little Rock on Friday visiting another fellow Xer. Not sure exactly where they were riding but a large dog crossed in between them and Bud hit it dead on at about 35 knowing Bud the way I do I'm sure it was more like 135. Anyway he has a broken Shoulderblade and a Broken Collarbone, he has some road rash as well and is very very sore. My brother, wife, daughter, and myself visited him last night and tried to cheer him up as best as we could. He still has his sense of humor luckily.
As of last night he was in Baptist Hospital Rm 612 but he thought there was a chance he could come home today.
The bike is totalled and the dog walked away and his owner even gave the police a statement as to what happened which is fairly rare these days. I hate seeing anyone wreck but really hate seeing a close friend in pain. His wife Kathy looked pretty pooped as well. He'll be OK in time, wish him and his family the best. Later all, Dave
