What do you recommend for braided stainless brake lines for the VTX1800R these days? Viking Motorcycle, Spiegler, Galfer, something else? What works and looks best? I thought there used to be some fitment problems with the Spiegler. Is that still the case?

Thanks.

Cap'n--I put Spieglers on mine last winter. No fitment problems whatsoever. You just need to make sure you specify exactly what length you want the lines if they are any different than stock. Because I have beach bars and risers, I had to go a bit longer on the brake and clutch lines. If I had it to do over again, the only thing I would do is specify the banjo fitting angle to flow with the lines of my handlebars (see pic). Spiegler is really great to work with. They'll put together whatever you ask for. Just have to be careful what you ask for

The biggest pain was pulling out all the old lines and manifolds.
