how's the weather

I am heading ya'lls way with the bike in tow. Planned on riding Thursday, Friday on the coast. Temps look great but the chance of rain seems to be rising. My question is are these generally short showers or are they full on rainy days down there this time of year. I know this sounds like a stupid question, but if it rains cats and dogs all those days my plans are shot.
