I could have rode today...but hwy 69 was wet in spots...don't feel like washing the bike :(
If no moisture comes in tonight I'll take a spin tomorrow to charge me and the bikes batteries. :D
I was glad for the snow this past week as long as it's cold I like to see snow. Never last in the great state of Ada county though :D

Weather held on 19th and the GF and I got in a quick 100 miles in the Treasure Valley. Riding has been hit and miss with the sand and snow. But if the weather holds we will be riding around the valley Saturday 25th. Meridian to Emmett then to downtown Boise for coffee and back to home.

I'm dyin' here as well. Luckily, my seat is out to Badx for some work, so I have an excuse. If it was here, I'd be itchin' to get back out there. I'm ready for 50+ degree weather again!

I just transfered to Ontario from Rexburg. Looking forward to riding sooner than it would be in Idaho Falls area. My bikes are still in Rigby and I might bring them soon. I am dying to hear the thunder.

I haven't responded to this board for quite a while so it was fun to visit it today. Last year I rode in all but two months of the year. My goal this year was to ride in all twelve but with all the much needed snowfall, that plan has been revised. I did buy some snow pants last week when they went on sale so I can ride to work in a little colder temps than I did last year.
As I read some of the older posts, I noticed that some of you used to meet at Arby's on Tuesday nights for a ride. If you plan on doing that again this year, I would like to join in a few of those rides.

Over here in the Treasure Valley the roads are dry, ACHD has even been out cleaning the streets.
Temps lingering in the lower to mid 40's.
Been able to ride 8 out of the past 10 days. :mcrider: :D

Hey Marlene,
Was in Boise last weekend for high school girls 2A basketball tourneys. I did see a pile or two of snow still in parking lots. My brother said they had a hell of a storm on Presidents day. I had as high as 47 degrees on my truck temp monitor and lots of bikes were out.

We just finished boys 4A B-Ball last night for sophomores...Kuna Kavemen took home the trophy :D :D
Now what am I going to do for entertainment and hooting & hollering? :mcrider:
Where did you attend games?...they were hosting out here.
It was nice today but I had meetings and to much running to peel on off gear...I'll have to catch the forecast.
Hollar when you head this way...~M

We attended two games at Bishop Kelly H.S. Melba (who the girls beat) and Firth (who our girls also beat). Then it was off to the Idaho Center in Nampa last Saturday afternoon for the championship. We faced Grangeville. They had three girls who were awesome. Two of these young ladies had the last name of Dreadfullwaters. It quickly became raging waters and I holler too much. We were dominated in the championship. I do think if we would have played out of our minds we could have given them a closer game.
We are family friends with two of these Soda Girl's familys and have watched these young ladies grow up.
We still have three feet of snow here so it was a nice break to travel to Boise[/quote]
