NW Montana... You're going to beautiful country, sir.
For riding buddies, you should send same post to Montana board, and Idaho board. and even to WA board. You're comng from Texas so these distances shouldn't be troublesome.
I'm a displaced Texan myself and I miss the Texas folks, but I can vouch for Idahoans and Washingtonians, they're very similar. My wife & I live in Oregon but we ride and hang with the WA folks whenever we can.
Welcome.

This is the first time I've seen the board
Your new stoppin grounds are mighty pretty. Cold in the winter.
I like to ride Idaho HWY 55 to 95 then to 13 to 12 to the Idaho side of Lolo Pass.
I'm planning on at least two rides up HWY 12 this summer.
If I don't go to CO I'll do ID MT WY.
Hollar if you ever get into Idaho. ~M

Your moving to god's country's but it's not like Texas. After a year or so to season your self you'll find it great unless your home sick for the heat. :? In Texas the highest thing is an over pass, weight till you head up in the mountains and look out :D theirs nothing like it. :D
Good luck and please post on the WA board and tell us how your doing. We are going to Kalispell on July 4th then to the park and return back Hwy 20 to 5 to Auburn. When you get ready to head west just post up and we can ride with you and or your welcome to spend an nite along the way at our house we have two rooms enpty. :D
Take care and post up soon on the WA board!!
Todd
