Ok, I picked the date already and we have a general location already selected as well. However, before I throw out the specifics for the location, I am curious as to how many Xers "west" of the city would be willing to come out and play in Waterfront area (Homestead), or would it take a Downtown location to get some of your participation ???
EDIT - March 20th, in the Waterfront (Homestead area) at the Red Hot and Blue - barbeque place at approx 630 or so.

It seems that there are two most simple solutions to the location of these events.
One - a single location centrally located in our area. With us stretched out from the airport to Greensburg the center of that ironically comes out to Forest Hills. Go figure that John. So Hooters wasn’t too far off of center when you think about it. It could be the same place every time or a different one in the central proximity.
Second – have several locations spread around our area. If we would take the central location and add say four more from the east, west, north, and south that would give a variety of sites spread out for 5 months.
If you think about it we generally have been doing #1. Hooter’s mostly with side trips to places close to it. The one time out in Murrysville would be an example of #2. I for one don’t care which one of these we choose. I like going to them when ever I can. The location is the least of my worries. As it has been suggested here before maybe setting the meeting time later would benefit me in either choice. But then again even when I get there later than others there still is enough time to benefit from the gathering.
So in a nut shell it’s like those great words sung from the Mamas and Papas,
“You gotta go where you wanna go
Do what you wanna do
With whoever you wanna do it with"
Either way, "I'll be there" .(Jackson Five)

Good showing and especially for some new folks ... thanks to all for coming out. We will work on next months location.... and date. Maybe at a Quaker Steak and Lube bike night opening so we can ride.
Just got back from Sonic @ Pittsbrugh Mills. That place was great. They have outside seating available. IF the weather was nice, we could have a VTX night up north there. It didn't take that long to get there.
Good to see everyone last night. Cinnamin sweet tea sucks

I rode by the Sonic on Route 19 (between Washington and Pittsburgh) and thought that it would be good meeting place to draw in the Washington area people like Scott. Pittsburgh Mills is a haul for a Spring meeting during the week (Thursday night) for most of the regulars. Do they serve beer?

SONIC does not serve beer. This could be a good place for a future meet, though. There are 3-4 SONICs around the area.
