Yeah, I'm looking forward to it I've been spreading the word with some of the "other" guys I ride with. Hopefully, the weather will hold out and we can have a good ride. :pepper1:
Anyone else been on a police escorted ride before? I think they are awesome. We were on one a few years ago and the police stopped all the traffic at all of the intersections, pretty cool.
GTS, I don't have a problem riding with anyone, except those damn sport bikes. Scotto on the other hand is well.... kind of a D**K :cus: to get along with (lol), but it won't take you long to figure that out on your own!

Well, since Ephrata is in the toilet, lets try to make this one! I'll most likely sign up the day of the event. The ride is 2 weeks away so there is still plenty of time to organize our part of it. Since the ride leaves at 10:30 we should plan on being there between 9 and 9:30.
Who else can we get?

Hey allmack,
You Jersey Guys can come over on the DelMemBr and return on the Ferry. That would be a cool ride. My wife and I are planning to ride this one. May even be able to talk a few of my fellow Medics to ride as well.

Did any of you guys go? I wanted to but a good friend of mine was involved in an industrial accident and had to be flown to Christiana ER. I made it to Newark but not to ride.

Yeah, it was a good ride. Yeah, it rained on us but hey, only once! Randy and I stayed there and watched the radar and were able to ride home in the sunlight and dry roads! You fools you should have stayed. HA!
Gts, sorry we were unable to meet during the ride maybe some evening at HOOTERS!
Medic, I hope your friend is OK!

He got his head crushed between a man lift and another object. Not sure of all the details. He is in critical care right now with multiple facial fractures and a possible head bleed. Fortunately, another good friend of mine was the responding Medic. He's one of the best that I have had the pleasure to work with. I know my friend received the very best of care on scene and during the flight. Keeping our fingers crossed.
