Anyone interested in a Sunday ride, NYC > Merrit Parkway> up 58 Danbury CT > North 7 >ride along the Housatonic to 44, W over to Bear Mtn and back down 9W to NYC. Have done this trip before - its a beautiful all day ride, stop here and there.

Back into the city down 9W is good, from the city back out to LI, Im not sure - will check - still trying to organize everything. Id love to know more about getting to LI from the city also, I live on the UWS, so Im partial to shooting up and out of the city.

Where's UWS ? I usually take the Taconic pky to the Bronx River pky to cross Bronx exp. to Throgs Neck bridge

Upper West Side, I usually head up the Henry Hudson to the County X Way to the 15. Looks like a big ride isnt happening for me tomorrow.
Ill post up again, Ive been trying to organize rides now from the city with a few VTX'rs.
