I'm going down Thursday morning, planning on leaving at 08:00. stopping in St.Augustine for breakfast, then heading down.

Dan, That sounds good. The only thing that will keep me from coming down Thursday, is if its raining real heavy. I,ll give you a call Wed. eve.

I'm in St Augustine and I was going to head down Thursday morning to wake up the beer girls. Let me know when you tighten up your times, particularly when you leave St Augustine and maybe we can hookup for the ride down.

I'm going down Thursday, will be leaving fairly early and meeting Karen at Hooters on International Speedway....Yea, that's right, going down to meet a woman...Figure I can run into you guys down there somewhere, but a woman is a woman, and this one's single. :roll:

If it doesn't rain Friday, I'll be going down then. Will check the weather that morning, right now it's supposed to be raining. :(

I,m heading out this morning at 8:00, I'm heading south on 13, meeting a friend at 13 and 16, then heading to first coast honda for a quick stop. We are planning on getting a bite to eat, in St.Aug., then heading south on US1 or A1A. Put up a post if you want to hook up.

Okay, how about I meet you at 9:30 at the gas station at US1 and Wildwood, it is right across from St Augustine Shores at the front of the Publix Plaza. We could then head down US1 or cross over at 206 and go down A1A. I'll be on an Orange retro. Let me know if the time works, I don't want you to have to rush your breakfast.

Daytona Beach's weather channels forecast shows only a 20% chance of rain today, tonight it goes up to around 30 - 40 % at 7pm.

friday and saturday look worst with by noon friday a 50% thru saturday night.

seen the racing trailer heading down there all this week, if you never been to the sport bike races down there it is pretty awesome to watch them at the speedway. the Honda 200 AMA

Thanks for the update, I'm still not taking the rain gear, I need space. I'll probably regret it, seems that Daytona has its own rain factory, just like the one at 95 in St.Augustine.

I'm glad you liked the pics. Photography for me I would call a serious hobby, like the bike, I do it just for me. Together they give me a much needed balance to my professional life. Anyhow, if you liked them I have some none bike related stuff at http://www.sgilmo.com/Gallery/ I think some of them have merit, as I am still working some stuff out. Most were taken around St Augustine and a few from when I was out in LA.
