I had to come home early to get a sick kid from school. What a shame that my HDL package had just arrived. Spent the afternoon buffing the fenders and tank, installing some bling, etc. A buddy came up with his BRP Spyder and said he was freezing his arse off (no shield), but at least HE was out riding. He did say that all the intersections around our area are bad with gravel and winter grit and that he had the arse end of the Spyder jump out several times.

There always is a dinner, Ham & Cabbage 5-8, or fish dinner, at the Elks and there is a band there tonite as well. I don't know how good the band Remedy is, they are at the Elks tonite. Music begins at 8

Just Cause is over at Toppers tonite as well and they are a pretty good group to listen to. They start at 9:30.

Anyone interested in either of these?

No, I didn't ride yesterday and am still kicking myself....yes, headlight is fixed. Saw our favorite counter girl and got the usual rough time from her bosses. Looked at the Kury luggage and am thinking of putting that on. The club is going to Oxford tomorrow and a couple of us may ride....being cold may be better than inhaling second hand smoke??????????? We're doing the sea food buffett at Silo tonight. not sure about after.

Gentile call and see what is happening after the Silo. How much is that and what are the times for that? That ride tomorrow could be real chilly. I will have to make an assesment when I get up. I have not had my "CHUCK FIX" this week.

There is the Chicken Bar-B-Que at the Elks tomorrow as well, it is from 12 - 5. This is a benefit for the Clark family as the Husband/Dad passed on a few weeks ago.

There is a Casino day at the Vet's home in Oxford tommorrow starting at 1:00pm. The benefit at the Elks (chicken BBQ) is open to everyone as long as you buy a ticket (that's where I'll be :wink: ). Gentile, have a safe trip. I'd join you if I hadn't already promised Mr. Lindsay I'd help him at the benefit. As for tonight, hmmmmmmmm.......

BoBo, if I don't catch up with you tonight, leave your tire with Cool Ed or Tros :wink: .

well, while you snow bunnies up there in the north are having fun with cold weather, snow and cranes falling down in the city, I have been having a great time in the western part of the gulf.Weather was perfect for the cruise, 85-93 everyday and no rain, didnt drink the water in mexico and I think I saw a baby Tros, or was it a baby monkey, hard to tell the difference between them...in Roaton Hondures....this trip was probably the best I have ever had...played and swam with wild Sea Rays,saw a hatchery for sea turtles, feed and held them..there great, I want one and then after that we went for a snorkle/swim and came across a live wild sea turtle...guess he didnt like us intruding on him because he tried to bite us and then went to see the Miyan ruins in Belize....when I get the pictures all together I will post them up for everyone to see....still have another week in sunny florida, off to see my parents tommorrow over in Vero Beach....well, catch you later everyone, and by the way weather was nice and hot today here in Tampa 90ish....hahaha......Dallas
