Want to talk to a vtx lawyer

Any VTX lawyers out there? I am having a problem getting my tins back from a painter. It has been 8 weeks plus for a 2 1/2 - 3 week job. Any help appricated.

If you didnt ship them off, I would go by the shop and ask to see them. If he put them off and
hasnt done anything to them, pick them up.
Also unless there was a lot of prep work, a week is plenty of time to do them.

It is Classic Muscle SS in Greebrier TN. I am going in with a couple of guys and a local officer. He has said it is a common problem. I wish I had know before hand. After going in and demanding my tins Monday he said he will have them done tomorrow......we will see. Of course he tried scaring me and my wife saying we could not be in his shop with out an appiontment. ...right... then he threatened to call the Greenbrier police. I told him he could call the FBI too if he wanted but I am not leaving. needless to say it got ugly. Hoping to be finished with this loser tomorrow. If they are not done I will be finding some one to finish the job already paid for. Thanks

Hey Lance,I got them back 2 1/2 weeks ago. He called me 1 hour before I was to pick them up and said I owe him $327 for shipping & materials B.S.#@! I have a reciept paid in full. I went in with a police officer to get them., wrong color, the flames are different design from the tank to the fenders & side covers, the rear fender started the flames from the back of the passenger seat not the drivers seat, he had wet sanded thru the flame work in several places and the painter had lifted the flame paint in several places with the tape and cut thru the base paint with a knife and there is now 2 bad dings/gauges on both sides of the rear fender that he did not fix that he could have as the 1800 decal he was to take off he just painted over with the base paint. So oh yeah I am wishing bad things.
Just a bit of advise for anyone looking to do bussiness with Classic Muscle SS in Greenbrier TN go some where else.
