3 pass blast update

To all of you who are 3 pass blasting it.
The intersection at Blewet is in good shape. There is a paved bypass in place(narrow) with traffic signals. Right turns on Blewet from Leavenworth should be smooth. Left turns from Cashmere way will have to wait for the green light. Shouldn't be any problems though.
