I hear that I90 goes to one lane after Janesville going north. They are redoing a bridge again. Be advised. Expect a delay. My friend was headed to Green Bay yesterday. They usually get there in about 2 1/2 hours. It took them 4 hours. But he was drunk when he told me. :lol:
