Hey Geno,

I'll definitely try to scrape up a few buddies in the area and meet you there. There's some great riding in that area, and it sounds like it's for a good cause. We'll keep in touch as the date nears.

Thanx for the invite ...

Geno

Hello Poison,
I'm not sure what everyone will be doing the day of the run as far as meeting for the ride.
I will be at the casino in the parking for 9:00 or 9:30, depending on how long it takes the Wife to get ready. So I will see everyone there.
Just pray for a good day with no rain, and if it does rain then it will be tears for heaven.
Thanks to all, and we will see you all there, please ride safe guys & gals.

Sincerely, Geno & Suzi Doucette

Hey, Sean,

Nice to meet you and welcome aboard!

We got no bosses here - just whoever feels like stepping up to organize something and whoever else feels like following along. The baton gets passed from one ride to the next, or something like that.

Anyway, I'm in Coventry, and Poison is in Cranston. And then there's a whole bunch of other guys are from everywhere else. I'm trying to round up a few other riders of differing denominations (non-Xers, that is), and as soon as we can figure out who's coming and where they're coming from, we'll probably decide on one or two meeting spots between here and Mohegan Sun.

In the mean time, check this board regularly - when things get thrown together, they're usually thrown together here.

I am definitely up for some sort of ride before hitting the Casino. Maybe take some backroads into Uncasville instead of slabbing it. Let us know where all our riders are coming from and we can come up with some kind of route to pick 'em all up. R.A.C.A. starts at noon so we should have plenty of time. I'm game to ride no matter where the pick-up points are. 8)

Hello to everyone,

In addition to the R.A.C.A., Geno is doing something tomorrow to help out the football team that is going to support his ride. If you can help out by bringing your bike for the kids to check out it is at 3:00pm at St. Bernard's School in Montville CT.

You can meet at the Dunkin Donuts on Route 32 in Montville and then go to the school. I will be at Dunkin Donuts between 2:00 and 2:15pm. (See CT VTX Riders board for Details.)

As far as the R.A.C.A. ride on the 22nd., if everyone wants to meet somewhere and then travel on Route 3 South to Route 165 in Exeter I will meet you there and then take the group through some back roads from there to Mohegan Sun for the Ride.

Thanks

O.K. folks - looks like we are starting to get a plan together for the R.A.C.A. run on the 22nd.

We'll need to be at the Uncasville Mcdonalds around 10:45 - BigUgly - if you want to set a meet point and time down in your neck of the woods we will meet you.

To us "northern guys" - how does this sound for a meeting point?
It seems to be pretty central to us all.

Dunkin Donuts
49 Nooseneck Hill Rd (Rt 3, near 95)
West Greenwich, RI 02817

Time depends on when we need to meet up with BigUgly - but I would guess somewhere around 9:00. How does this sound to everyone?

Is 9:00 at Dunkin Donuts still the plan?

Rich, Ed, Jorge and Everyone else,

I will be at the intersection of Route 3 and Route 165 between 9:15 and 9:30 am tomorrow morning. There is a pizza joint there, I believe it is called Little Country Pizza, I will be on the Route 165 side in their parking lot. From there I will take you to the next meet point in Uncasville.

From the Dunkin Donuts in West Greenwich just follow Route 3 South, after you go through the traffic lights at Route 102 I believe there is a flashing light at the Rt. 3 Rt. 165 intersection, I'll be there.

Anyone from Westerly and surrounding areas let me know if you will be riding with us and I will give you a meeting point for before I go to Little Country Pizza.

See you tomorrow morning.

so the D&D is the one in the plaza with marks bar n grille and what time we meetin there??

O.K. – Lets meet at that Dunkin Donuts (http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?latlongtype=internal&addtohistory=&latitude=gFi09cKT3dA%3d&longitude=7vWUAPf6%2fLs%3d&name=Dunkin%20Donuts&countryid=250&country=US&address=49%20Nooseneck%20Hill%20Rd&city=West%20Greenwich&state=RI&zipcode=02817&phone=401%2d392%2d3336&cat=%28All%29%20Restaurants&spurl=0&searchtype=GenSearch) between 8:45 and 9:00.
The place we are meeting BigUgly (at 9:15 – 9:30) is only a few miles from there.

If anyone misses those two spots, the final rallying point is:

Mc Donald's
538 Norwich New London Tpke
Uncasville, CT 06382
Time – 10:45 to 11:15
MAP (http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?latlongtype=internal&addtohistory=&latitude=Ea93DqDB8xA%3d&longitude=KXfO1FlpiRw%3d&name=Mc%20Donald%27s&countryid=250&country=US&address=538%20Norwich%20New%20London%20Tpke&city=Uncasville&state=CT&zipcode=06382&phone=860%2d848%2d8360&cat=mcdonalds&spurl=0&searchtype=search)

and if you miss that one  , just head straight to the Mohegan Sun Casino. I believe it is lot “D” (I could be wrong) , but there will be someone there to direct us to the correct lot.

O.K. – see you all tomorrow :D

Poison,

I'm planning on meeting you at DDs. I may have a few more people hooking up at home first, so if I'm not there by 9, head on down to the pizza joint and I'll catch up with you there. I'm definitely going - I may just get held up a bit.

Hope to see ya tomorrow
