If I remember, you have to post pictures to a website in order get a URL. (I'm lost already). When I post single pictures, I post them to BigBikewhatever it is that Lamont outlined in his instructions, then I do the img img thing, and it works. I'm good with single pictures.(there may be a better way, but this works for me).
When I sent Dan the file of pictures from the ride,I sent them to Snapfish (not sure why; I think my HP photo software did it for me) which reduced the resolution.
So the question is- what is the best method to post a group or file of pictures? Don't be afraid to overly simplify, my wife has to do it all the time!
Thanks.

Dave, are you trying to post the picks here on the board or are you trying to send them to me. Posting several picks here is the same as posting 1 pic. Use the Img button for each pick. If you are trying to send the higher res pics to me, don't post them to the board. They will either reduce the resolution or tell you to reduce the resolution for posting.
Attaching files to an e-mail is easy. If you are using a program like Outlook or Outlook Express, click the new mail button, write your e-mail and then click the little paper clip at the top menu bar. This will bring you to a navigation screen. Just navigate to the location of the files, click on the 1st one to highlight it, then hold down the "shift" key and select the last file of the group you want to send. This will highlight all the files of the group. Then just click either the "OK" button, "Open" button, or a button labelled "attach". It is different for different versions of outlook. Then just send the e-mail. If you are using web based e-mail (like getting it from Comcast's web page), the procedure is similar, new mail, write mail, click the paperclip, attach files, and send e-mail.
Is that over simplified for you? hehehehe
