3.>>> Anyone posting the details of an event on the GEORGIA VTX RIDER'S forum will get the attention of one of the four Events Calendar Administrators above and they may go ahead and place the event on the calendar. Otherwise, if you would like an event posted to the calendar you may send a PM to one of the Events Calendar Administrators listed above. Send the complete information about the event including…
(1) Meeting Time
(2) Departure Time (KSU for Group Ride)
(3) Complete Address of Meeting Location
(4) URL of Location and Phone Number of Location (if appropriate)
(5) Approximate Total Mileage (for Group Ride)
If an event is recurring (e.g., Georgia VTX Rider’s monthly “Meet and Greet” at The Vortex)
please make sure you provide that detail.
If you wish to have posted and also coordinate an event yourself, name yourself as it’s coordinator and your name will be listed as the event’s coordinator…. Simple as That!~
HEAD COUNT & RSVP
4.>>> All events posted on the GA XRider Events Calendar are open to everyone regardless of where you live or the make of your motorcycle. Please be aware in some cases local arrangements may be required with restaurants and riding event coordinators need to plan and provide sufficient time for gas and rest stops. Therefore, we desire a head count to be made prior to the event. Please either post a RSVP on the appropriate thread at the Georgia VTX Riders Forum or RSVP via a PM to one of the Calendar Administrators.
