I was headed to Lexington and saw about 10 bikes pulled over on the Parkway and there was a cop there. Unfortunately i was loaded with a critical cardiac patient and couldnt stop. Hope it wasnt your friend.... I know i couldnt stop but still makes ya feel bad.
