I just called and talked to them. Here is what needs to be done.....

Send the Citation and a Letter to

Letter needs to explain what happened. My will read like this below.

ATT: Kim Sanderson IE: Citation Numbers 193488 E and 193490 E
On July 26TH we were directed by officer Simpson where to Park our motorcycles. When we got to the parking place that she directed us to we asked her to make sure it was ok to park there being it said it was a no parking zone. She assured us that it would be fine to have them there. Upon our return we found that Officer Cpelote had given us a parking Citation for parking. We talked to her about what Officer Simpson had told us and She asked us to call in on Monday and talk to you about that. I was informed to mail the citation and this letter to your attention and you would let us know the results of the citations.

I will print my letter to night and express mail it tomorrow am to them. I was also told that if there was no other citation on each plate number that we would probably end up with just a warning over this. I'll call all the phone numbers that i have to make sure you have seen this post.

This system has been tried and it works in every state. If you get a speeding ticket or went through a red light or whatever the case may be, and you're going to get points on your license, this is a method to ensure that you DO NOT get the points.

When you get your fine, send in a check to pay for it. If the fine is $79.00 make the check out for $82.00 or some small amount over the fine. The system will then have to send you back a check for the difference, however here is the trick. DO NOT CASH THE REFUND
CHECK! Throw it away!

Points are not assessed to your license until all financial transactions are complete. If you do not cash the check, then the transactions are NOT complete. The system has received it's money and is satisfied and will no longer bother you. This information comes from an
unmentionable! Computer company that sets up the standard databases used by every state.

What's funny is the exact same wording as in the Snopes example. I hate to say it, but he probably received the email at some point as the rest of us.

I Just got a call from Kim Sanderson. I have her Number in my phone and she said that if we plan another trip that way to call her and she would help us find a safe spot where we can get all the bikes together.

She also advised that you had the following reduced to a warning so far.
Mike Obier Bear she left a message for you.
Tina and Billy Rutledge. Had not called said she did not have a number for you.
Cathy and Myself. called me here at work.

She know that the others are coming and will watch for them also.
