New to the area!!

Hello to all! I just recently relocated to Connecticut from South Florida and am looking for some fellow VTX riders to get out on the road with! I own a 2005 1800F that I have done a bunch of custom work to (trying to get pics uploaded on the sight, but having difficulty). Anyway, I live in the Vernon-Rockville area and was wondering about some bike nights, rides, etc. in the future. Thanks, hope to hear from you soon!!

Sounds good...How far is Southbury from Vernon? Yeah, I took a cruise down RT 85 to RT 66 the other day and it was gorgeous! Not like riding in South Florida!! Talk to you soon, maybe next weekend we can hook up for a ride!!

Down in the southeast area of CT their is some nice riding along the shoreline with some awesome seafood joints along the way.
I live in the Old Lyme area and wouldn't mind hooking up on some Sunday for a nice cruise. Unfortunately this Sunday is dedicated to the wife and I cruising but maybe next Sunday?
I can ride up your way or you down here.

On another note how do I load a pic on my signature like you have or however you have it below your posts?

Follow the instructions on this link. http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=66&t=1065 The Picture for the signature have to be small. Then go to the User Control Panel Top right side of the screen. Click on Profile then on Edit Signature. Click on Img and paste the URL for the pic it should look something like this

I'm off to the Cape next weekend unfortunately, but definately let me know when the next meet will be. I also wouldn't mind going to some bike shows if anyone is up for that. There's one this Sunday Aug. 17th at the Haddam Neck Fairgrounds. A guy I met told me about it. It's put on by the British Iron Association of Connecticut. This years giveaway is a 1974 Triumph Trident. Might be worth checking it out.

I might be able to get away for a ride. I'm also going to Hooters on the Berlin Turnpike tomorrow night, Wednesday with some friends for bike night if anyone is interested. We usually get there around 5:30 then go for ice cream or something. If you come, just look for the nicest bike in the lot! LOL
