We got our room booked at the Brookstone for next July, its filling up fast! It will be great to have the entire motel to ourselves (group). A few other hotels will be used that are within a block or 2 of the Brookstone. I have gotten one other fellow SD vtxer signed up already, how many more can we get???

I took your advice and booked the room before they fill up - can cancel within 24 hrs if things don't work out.

I hope I got the date right. July 16 to 19. Correct???

Sounds great! It was and will be a blast! I think those dates are right. I dont have a calendar right here. That is the right weekend. It is 3 nites, Thrusday Friday and Saturday. Here is the website, it will be updated for 2009 after a while. http://www.mnxriders.com/
