Lucky 7 the troll

We have a troll amongst us. If anyone wants him removed/banned send a PM to Lamonster. This is what I wrote Lamont

He never has anything constructive to say and I always get pm's when he posts. Please help us.

The unique thing about the Washington Board is we members post anonymously and nearly everyone is really friendly and just 'good folks'. BUT we've all met in person for rides and events and the members are even better to meet in person - really awesome people.

I agree. I wrote Jon after the last post by L7 that I saw, because I wanted to point out that it was apparent to me that he (or she) had to have been familiar with someone that needlessly insulting remarks had been lobbed at. So that would mean that a screen persona was being used to hide behind in order to say things that this person apparently does not have the courage to say face to face. Sad that. What's even sadder is that it is rare to see discussions here that would require insults be used in order to get a point across. So when someone like L7 chooses to do so, it generates hard feelings that would be tough to overlook or overcome.

So as Jon states, if Lamont receives enough requests to ban this member (or any other) for inappropriate behavior I believe that he will do so.

The pm's I've received have been from our members here pointing things out that he has posted. I too believe this person knows us to some extent and doesn't have the nutz to say things to someones face. He has nothing constructive to say ever, IMO he should go away or be banned.

Why the witch hunt? I'm not going to condone behaviors, but maybe this "troll" thinks that they're being constructive even though it isnt construed that way. If you want to look at some of the other things on this board, there are plenty that post things that are inflammatory or unnecessary here (see Pink Panther's thread about politics or bedtime for instance). What about them? Are they going to be banned too?

I didn't witch hunt you. You had 37 posts and all 37 were inflamatory and degrading to other members. I got tired of it as did many others here. Most of us know each other, and it seems you might know a few of us. Why the bad attitude???

L-7 is mad for what ever reason and has decided that his new fun is to slam people on the very board he say's we come to because we don't have a life. Well there's the kettle calling the pot black. He needs to get over it or get off the board but I think that will not happen because he is in to deep to stop now. Does steeling Jon's avatar make you feel better? or just another school yard game.

In the User Control Panel you can select "Friends and Foes". Once there you can "Manage Foes", and choose people whose posts will not be fully visible while you are browsing the topics. Of course if our very own troll feels that he is not being heard due to this method he will likely assume yet another persona to get around it. Too bad that he feels compelled enough to resort to trolling the boards but does not have the courage to face the people he feels he needs to insult and demean.

If you all use this the troll looses and I think that is what this is about to him, a way for a pathetic looser to hide behind a mask and win. For me he no longer exists so I win :evil:

He will still show up where other people quote him so just don't quote him. Would love to have a little talk with the dude, maybe put out a "warrant" on his azz :lol:
