Missing MN

Just want to say hello to all my MN friends. 24 years in the Navy now and staitioned in Spain with my 02 1800C. The roads here are great, lined with sunflower fields as big as the corn fields in the southern part of the state. Then it is through wine country, with an occasional stop to sample. Communication is tough but people are freindly. No large groups of crusiers here mostly sport bikes. When I go to rallies all I here is "granda". The 1800 is larger than most car engines here. Oh yeah, the bugs here are large and hard!

The weather is finally warming up here now--great for the next week and riding. When will you get to come home!

I was in Red Wing (my home town) for this past Christmas. Not sure when I'll get home again. My dad told me the flood run through Red Wing was hugh this past spring. Have you ever been on that ride? After this tour I'll be looking at retiring from the Navy. Then it is where ever I find the best job. Hopefully it will be close or even in MN.
