I heard the Packer fans duct tape the brats to their motors on their pick up trucks on their way to the game. When they get there they are cooked with a little splat of oil & windshield wiper fluid to give it that flavor:eat1:

well...here's what I came up with:

12 Brats

Cover with sweet onion, garlic and half stick of butter.

1/2 quart of Guinness, 1/2 quart of Harps. (I am Irish)

Brought to a boil, then simmered for 20.

Threw them on a hot grill to brown them up and returned them to the beer mixture where they will be simmering until kick-off for me and my friends!

I would normally be going to this game but I traded my tickets to my Packer fan friend so that he could take his dad in town from Appleton. In return I get to go to a game at Lambeau next year! (if you've been to the dome, you would know that is a GREAT deal for me)

That said, I cant call these Lambeau Brats...so I am going to call them Skol Brats!!!

Looking forward to breaking that little streak you guys have since Chilly took over! :mrgreen:

The Pack got whipped pretty bad. It would have been hilarious if they had managed to steal that victory away in the end. Too bad we had to rely on the F'n kicker to do it.
