Greetings!

I need to get going on the website to come out in January for the 2009 Midwest Motorcycle Rally during July 16th-19th.

Let me know if you would like to commit to being a volunteer for an event.

We could use a few more Road Captains too.

There are some new events added this year that you'll find out about shortly. One specifically is Cornhole tournaments at the Brookstone one or two nights. We need some volunteers to help run this. The players will be playing for prizes donated by our sponsors.

Please send me a PM if you are interested.

Thanks,
Caps

I'd be happy to volunteer Jen and myself to assist where needed. I don't know there areas well either to lead a ride but I could still help out. We'll be there!

Sent a E-Mail saying I would help....or was it a PM...............old age zucks. Anywho........I'll help where ever needed.
And lead the same ride as last year Fri and Sat. We need to come up with a way to see who's coming on the specified rides. Try to keep them to say 10-12 bikes.

Yes, I got everyone's pm's on this and will be getting back to all of you real quick.

We still need more Road Captains. Like Joe said, it will be nice to keep the groups smaller this year. If you want to lead a ride, but not sure of a route, I can give you a hand on mapping one out based on what the other Leaders are doing.

I can be a ride captain this year if you think anyone will want to ride more aggresively? I am sure I can get c-not and a few others.

You know I will help with whatever I can.

Also let's try to get a head count in pleanty of time for the pool/dinner party at my parents place. They are very much looking forward to having everyone over again.

I would also like to work with you on getting head counts far enough in advance so that I can work with my dad on getting some MMR09 kickstand plates made up.

Thanks for all of your continued hard work on this awesome event.

Jason, will you send me an email with your last name and cell number? I have your email from last year but want to make sure I got it correct. I have some questions for you as well.

Also if anybody runs into DMjeff, I'm trying to get a hold of him too.

My email is:
lancec@frontiernet.net

Thanks Jason,

Lance

Joe,

That is a really great idea.

I was thinking I can get my dad's company to sponsor some work and maybe get some cool aluminum one's printed with the MMR2009 logo on it.

It would kind of be a special thing for those coming.
