Glad to see an Okie board!

I was in Oklahoma in June on my vacation (27 days = 8,400 miles) visiting my Sisters and Brother-in-Law. While there, my Brother-in-Law talked me into moving back home to where I grew up in Roland Oklahoma.

I have been getting things here situated to make the move, and I have finally set a date of December 18th to load up the U-Haul and hit the road. I can't wait to get settled in there and start seeing all that beautiful country through new albeit older eyes ;). I look forward to gettin together with you guys and doing some ridin! No hate here, in fact I look forward to gettin moved back there and having a longer ridin season. We had about 2 1/2 months of mostly Ok riding time here this year. Jack.:joke::doorag:

Well shadowjack, let me give you a little premature, welcome home:D. I have just lived in the NE part of this great state for about 1 1/2 years, but have fond some great roads to ride.
I hope we can put some rides together this spring, summer or fall!:cool:

vince Where are you in ca. I was born in eureka ca. And spent a lot of time in Crescent City. I have a brother that still lives in Crescent city ca. I miss that part of ca a lot,espiecially old hwy 1 through the redwoods, and the sound of the ocean.

nope just came to see the pacific ocean and saw someone while i was there,after that never left.I will be heading back home to see my ma before christmas and will be looking at a lot outside of town.I want to get home early spring before heat sets in.

I don't have a VTX personally, but many in our club do. I was born and raised in Oklahoma. Mostly around Woodward and then High School in Ponca City (which is were all of my family is now). I really do miss it there. Okies just have that down to earth attitude that's hard to find in the rest of the country.

i dont want to but in but i want to let you know i live 36 miles south! i work on 319 east polks st. when i am home ! you might stop in shovel heads and give Robert a holler for me! they are a difrent bunc in there! i normaly get a beer there before going home from work! !! i have places in krebs too! i have been in Mcalester since 92 ! we should share some road time one day! ??
