Greylock, where the heck is that place?LOL
Jdubes,it's a good thing you hooked up with us all at the capital  well, your idea had good intentions, but that's it.
Anyways, I hope everyone got home safe, and I'm looking foward to the next one, let's just watch out for those darn rotaries,LOL

It was a great ride!!!
Sorry for all those that missed it
It started off as a suck-a§§ day - pouring rain as I left Rhode Island - but as you can see by the pics, it ended up being a beautiful day.
Tipped 430 miles for the day - 5 states:
RI
CT
MA
VT
NY
On the way back to RI, I had a close encounter with a deer on Rt. 66 - clocked it with my left knee and ribs but it bounced right off . That'll wake you up!!!!
No damage to the bike at all - just a little blood on my coat.
I wont forget this day any time soon :!: :D

Rich,
Glad to hear you and bike are okay...Rich 1 Deer 0...ur right...if that ice cream didn't wake you up the deer definitely would have.
:) Great photos! Everyone should have my back side memorized as rick was right behind me with the camera!! Logged 403 miles for the day. Loner and I rode 60ish on the way home as I was thinking DEER all the way. Had my racoon hunter beams on burning bushes as I passed them. Rick, did you stay up all night with that ultra premium shock juice ice cream jammen served you up? Java bean expresso or something like that?

Rich,
Awesome pictures as usual! Glad to hear you're OK with that deer encounter.
Dave and I are glad to hear you alright also......I am going to suggest that we do this ride in the fall when the seasons change I think it would be a great ride when the leaves change colors for the pictures.
