Is Honda trying to copyright the WORD "Fury"?

I know there was a Plymouth Fury (Wasnt there?) a while back.....

Or are they looking to copyright just the script/style?

Welllllllll, considering our VTX's would have been known as "Vanguards" had the trademark not already been owned by Lawnboy ..... :lol:

If i remember correctly it was actually Briggs and Stratton that owned and currently uses the Vanguard trademark. ;)

Having the TM used in both for motor applications might be why Honda no longer officially calls it the Vanguard engine. Smart move considering the large number of lawsuits filed by Honda over TM issues. :thumbup:

I doubt Chrsyler will be much of a problem considering the differences but....
