While I am getting sort of use to the Fury and am starting to like it, I just can not get past the crap suspension ride viewing the vids of the Fury. Take a look see, and tell me if you dont notice the pogo ride this Honda suspension produces..........................virtually zero rebound dampening! Very similar to the X with the stocker shocks on................

Go to the Furys header page from here, and click the youtube links at the bottom of that page.................................

Well, one thing I will say is, the stock exhuast on it sounds a lot better then the stock VTX exhuast....

Of course a nice set of BuBs would be much better...

It looks like a nice barhopper ... but it's not going to take much to destroy the lines ...

Maybe should have called it the Honda 1300 intruder ...

but ...

opinions vary ...

all blessings ...

Yes, there is a lot of bounce in the rear suspension. I was thinking if there was a passenger on the back, the rear might easily bottom out.

Lots of action over expansion-jointed pavement, no doubt.

What really got my attention was the loud gear whine throughout the vid.

Yep, thats the one I saw Dan. It was located on the main page along with some other good detail pictures. Way down at the bottom of the page is Frapper, Youtube, and a couple of other links.....................

REALLY bad pavement if you will notice all the standing water, potholes & dust in the video...................The gear whine is a easy fix............Good pipes!!! As is sounds like every other Honda or a plain ole stock VTX!!! I once had a guy get in an almost heated argument with me after listening to my V&H pipes! He worked with a guy who had bought a new one and he was convinced that they had changed the engine to a dual pin crank because of the sound difference...........................:D Rod
