I rode to the local PowerSports outfit yesterday and asked to see a Fury. Got told they wouldn't be out till March BUT one of the sales persons asked me if I was interested in the 1300 or the 750 ....

The ones UNDER COVERS ????Something big is coming I believe but I don't think it will be a larger chopper. Every line of bikes has a large cruiser and Honda will also. Fury available this March or April and the bigger cruiser in June is my guess.

Did you notice the license plate. P4062 and it looked like a European tag but more likely its something for Honda's internal controls so that they can keep track of where the bike is at.

Nice find!
Here we go again. This vid will fuel more speculation....the comment about "first in a new line of cruisers" is VERY exciting. We'll see what Honda has up their sleeves.
I also noticed that the Rep stated that this 1300 is the "Newest addition to the VTX1300 Line" so I guess that Honda is going to consider it another VTX. I think that this is a step in the right direction for Honda and that they are going to kick most other Manufacturers' a$$ when this is all done.

Why do they call it a 2010 model when it is coming out this spring?
I noticed on the Fury pics the vin was 2010 also.

They can do that. I was watching Barret Jackson Auto Auction Friday and they had a Chevy that was built by GM in 1993 as a prototype and it was street legal and was listed as a 95 Chevy. It was kind of a low rider style Impala.

I'm just thinking. What if I buy a used fury 2 years from now. So that would be in 2011. Now if the bike is sold this year it would be 2 years old. Right.
But the vin would say it's only one year old. Seems dishonest to me.

Thats why date of manufacture is always included on the vehicle.
