Just wanted to let the forum know that I recently purchased a Gilsson GUSB5V direct power connection for the Garmin Nuvi. This device caused so much interference to my radio all it received was noise. I tried everything to make it work but it was junk. I ordered a Garmin cigarette power adapter and modified it to work. It worked great with no noise and it was about half the price of the Gilsson. The Gilsson went out in this weeks trash.
