coming from illinois and want to hit the sleeping bear dunes area where we have ridin before but when we checked the place that we wanted to stay at and it did not allow motorcycles:(( homestead resort) any ideas out there would be helpful..thanks

Plenty of Hotels / Motels in Traverse City. It's a quick ride over to Empire and the Dunes. Have a safe trip.

Stay in Traverse City, and enjoy the Dunes as a day trip.
