I am taking the car, trailer, bike, golf clubs .... and oh yeah, the wife to South Carolina 20 Mar - 4 Apr. We are staying in Surfside Beach (just off Atlantic Ave close to the Inlet Square Mall) just south of Myrtle Beach.

Are the MB bylaws now in effect? I have no problem with the helmet issue however my V&H Cruiser pipes might get me a ticket.

To avoid Myrtle Beach, can I assume that if I stay out of the area bounded by the 544 on the South, the 31 to the West, and the 22 to the North that I will be OK?

The all of MB's petty little laws are in full effect. It's not even worth trying to ride through there. It's not pretty and it's just one red light after another.

You will stay well out of the city limits of MB if you stay on the roads you specified.

Jim great ride, it's a shame the weather didn't hold out in nc or we'd still be on the road..
Joe was a nice guy, if we would of not stoped for that smoke we might of never met him.
