Which roads?

Greetings from Ga.
Me and my wife are attending the East coast gathering at Bulldogs in Fredricksburg this year and I want to tour some of your fine state on the way there.
I'm looking for a list of the roads you just HAVE to ride.
Also inexpensive, clean, biker friendly lodging.
