I am looking at refurbishing my front end: new stearing bearings, new rotor, new wheel bearings, new fluid for my forks, and regreasing the splines on the rear. In total about 3-4 hours of work with the right equipment.

I have no reason to pay the stealer $390.00 to do this work for me, yet without a place to get started I might not be able to get this done. For the most part I have the tools and knowledge to get most of the work done, but I'm stuck living in an apartment that won't allow me to do the kind of work I need. It doesn't help that I'm on a starving student budget or I'd rent out a place for a day or two.

I hate to ask for help when I'm not in any position to repay the favor anytime soon, even more so since I barely know anyone around here. Would anyone have any ideas on how I could get the work done before it becomes a bigger problem?

Bring it to Wolf's tech session..

Or if U want, I would be more than happy to do all the work for U at a MUCH cheaper rate than the dealer. Not sure were U live, I am in Eustis, N/W of Orlando.

I wouldn't mind doing the work since that's one of the reason's I'm in school for, but I'm right next to Universal Studios in W Orlando. Does a case of that refreshing amber liquid sound about right for the time I spend with ya to get it done?

Depending on when I get up to Eustis, I'll try to give ya some warning before I just barge right on in. If you're busy at the time np, I plan on trying to make the tech session down at Wolf's since I would like to met up with some fellow X'ers in the area.
