Hey all,
I'm looking for some help in finding a place in the Largo / Clearwater / Palm Harbor area. My wife and I are looking to relocate to this area with our teenage kids. We are looking for a 3 bedroom (or large 2 beedroom) in a family mobile home park. It's kind of hard to find something there while living here in central Pa..lol.
We've seen a few things on line in Kings Manor and Whispering Pines MHP's listed. We'd like a park with a pool. If anyone knows of anything in one of these parks or any others that are "for sale by owner", could you please pass the info on to me? (contact number, pictures, etc. would be helpful) It would be greatly appreciated! We'd like to stay below $20,000....the cheaper the better..lol!
Thanks ahead of time for any help.

If you want also check in to the Lakeland area. A lot of jobs it is right between Tampa and Orlando. Taxes are cheaper and you get both of best worlds some country with a city just minutes away. Lakeland is Polk county. Let us know and good luck

I have lived in the area for over 20 years. The best thing for you to do is move here and stay at a hotel for a few days. You really have to canvass the area to find what YOU are looking for. As for me, you could not pay me enough money to move into Pinellas county. It is way too populated, and the traffic is congested. I live in South Pinellas, so Clearwater is considered North. I live in a residential area so I am unable to answer MHP questions. There is a very established MHP in St Pete called "Conners", there is another one that is very nice in 'Bay Pines area. Best of luck with the move and the adventure.
