Mike, congrats, that Magenta is a pretty color! I have an '02 Silver 1800 C model myself. I live in Rome, GA, but I was born in Jackson and grew up in Chattanooga. My sister and her husband live in Henderson...Becky & I stopped over on the way to CO at the end of June. You take care and enjoy the new ride. JEFF

Mike, I work 3rd shift right now for the Police
dept.. My wife and I both love to ride. We are bike poor, 750 ace, 1300 RETRO, and 1800GL Goldwing. Although the riding season is drawing somewhat to a close, if it get somewhat warm, 60+, we will ride. We ride with another christian couple and also with the Blue Knights chapter 10. Lawdog, I met one of your bro Jackson police officer's on the way to CO last July, my wife and I were trailering and he was riding a black Valk with "cross" side covers...we met him at a gas station South of Jackson, I can't remember his name, but he was a VERY nice guy, know who that was?!

I think that was Shane, one of our tact officers. He has since also purchased a Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic. If you come thru here much get up with us and we will ride. Be safe in your travel.

Yeppers, once you said his name is Shane, I remembered! Darn it's tough getting old...I'll holler if I head there in the fuutre (which I surely will) nad maybe we can get Poser to ride with us as well....he's been a member here for 2-3 years as have I. Later. JEFF
