Pahrump, Nev. VTXer's

Well the rider's got here, all in one piece! About 4 pm on Tuesday, I got a call from ToddWA, that they were fueling up in Pahrump. I gave them directions to Terrable's Casino where I was and in they rolled! ToddWa, Rod'O, IHOP and their friend Dean... Sure was nice to see some home BOY'S!!! Cold beer and food was on their mind, so we all got a fix! BS'ed and ate! They decided to get a couple rooms and stay the night. The Nugget, just across the street had rooms. They all got showers and we walked over and visited till about 10pm and they were DONE!!! I'm sure they will have a better ride thru Vegas, Searchlight and into Laughlin/Bullhead City this morning than last night! They only have about 180 miles to go but the traffic in and around Vegas will be better at mid morning and the heat!! 94* here in Pahrump last night and we're up in the mnts. compared to Vegas!!! Leslie and I are heading out this morning too. Funny, I heading west, out of the Valley of THE SUN, and they're heading east into the sun.... It's suppose to get into the 100's today in Laughlin/Bullhead City... Should be cooler in Reno!!! See you all soon? ED&Leslie

BTW, don't worry about us back here in Washington....... we are all going to wash our bikes at the same time while thinking of you guy's! :twisted:

That Todd is the luckyest guy in the world.Not only does his wife ride her own bike but lets him take off for a week with 3 single guys:bowdown:

Just taking photos is what he said.:rolleyes: I suppose I should believe him or do you think it was part of some master plan that was hatched prior to their leaving:?: He also said she (they)were just sitting on the bikes:roll:. Nice photo opportunity don't ya think.

I told him to just make sure they don't burn down any bars or get into any street brawls. Would like them all to get back in one piece.

Interesting. I was in Twin Falls Idaho Sunday on my way to Colorado. driving the car for a 5 day seminar in Frisco Colorado.

I had considered Wells as a layover point. How funny would it have been to run into you guys there?

I dont recall seeing anything on this trip posted anywhere?
