I hate doing anything electrical on cars and bikes. I don't know why. I've worked as a transmission mechanic (r&r mostly), I've been in building maintenance for 20 years. Work with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mecahnical, I have even worked as an alarm tech on low voltage systems, but when it comes to 12 volt systems I just go DUMB :yikes:.
Not only did I put the wrong connector's together and fub up my Triple Whammy, but I then moved on to installing my Steble horn. Needless to say 2 hours later I took the %^&$ing off, because it went toot once and quit.
This morning I jump on the bike and head for work and hit the power button for some tunes...nothing...check the Ipod...she's good. Nothing, nothing, nothing.
I'm assuming I blew a fuse. I'm HOPING I blew a fuse.
Anyway...just needed to vent. On the bright side...it was a BEAUTIFUL ride in this morning :lol:
