Neck Bering replacement help.

I recently bought the All Balls steering neck beirings for my 1300 C to hopefully eliminate the infamous 1300 wobble. It's a bit more than I have the tools for or knowhow for to tackle myself. Figured I'd check and see if any X ers in the St. Louis area who have the tools and ability to help me out. I would certainly be willing to provide compensation in the form of a 12 pack or a few bucks. Or if anyone knows of a decent shop in the area who could do this. Tried a local shop in Florissant and have not had much luck in scheduleing an appointment and am getting a bit leery about letting them touch my bike anyway.
