Eastern WV ride suggestions?

I lived in WV for 23 years & 22 in FL and am looking to come up in the fall and do a ride from Belle to perhaps Cass Railroad to enjoy the scenery. My Mom and Dad took me there as a kid a few times and from what I remember it was great !

Anyone have any better ride route suggestions and what time of the year is best to see the change of leaves?
