It'll be 22 years this fall...time does fly!! Are you familiar with the Red Knights? It is a MC club for firefighters, Minnesota has a couple of chapters but I'm not sure if any are out your way...Watch for Birdie to post up, he is real active in the West Metro Chapter.

I think there is a chapter in Willmar? About 75 mi away. I don't really have alot of thime to be going to extra meetings. Between work, fire dept, kids, and camping my summers stay pretty busy I like to ride every chance I can get but it always seems to rain on that day:cry:

jwcutler, What is the obligation for joining the Red Knights? I am on Golden Valley and have thought about joining, but like Wireman, I dont have alot of time to devote to the club (first kid coming in October = A huge Honey do list) but would be interested in doing a few rides and joining.

No real obligation, pretty minimal annual dues. The west metro group rides the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month and usually out west. I live in Stillwater and made one run last year, hope to make more this year. There was another chapter in town that never really got going but this group does a better job. Birdie has a better connection with the west metro chapter, you might try and send him a pm or post up looking for him.

You must know Jen Toavs (sp?) and Ken Bence? They are fellow team members on the Metro CISM Team and good folk.

Yep, I know Jen and Ken. Ken is the Captain at the station I am Lieutenant at and Jen is at our station #1... Real Good people!! :grin:
