Hi I have been unemployed since 8/08. I have been looking and looking for work. Have been taking a few side jobs to keep the bills paid. I am experienced helpdesk manager. I have over 8 years experience on the helpdesk and managing the helpdesk and provindign top notch customer service. I have been working on the side repairing PC's and setting up networks to keep my house from being foreclosed. I live outside of Philly PA, near Pottstown. I am looking to get in to a company where I can brign my skills to teh table and offer my knowledge to help better their customer satisfaction.
