How many rolls of duct tape do you need?

How many bottles of water can fit in the saddlebags?

How many batteries does the vibrator.... oh, wait, those are for the radio....

Oh well.... had the beer wench all to myself.... can't complain. Food was pretty good, too. :lol: At least I can say I've been there now. Maybe next time...

Hey hair!

The non wussies were up the street at Kickin' Chicken!!! Phil decided to do a competing bike night 300 yards up the street ( east, opposite side ).

Didn't anyone tell you? We pulled up and I asked if someone died?

Not trying to jinx anyone but it appears as if porkies thursday bike night (days) may :? be numbered. When I got there, I saw about 8 bikes (7:20) and some of them soon followed.

I'm probably going with the majority on this one 'cause it really is a social thing, the more the merry... Not following an individual, just the crowd this time.

We didn't stay as long though, but (my wife and kids) we did leave and get a ride in!

Do I like it as much??? I like things to be left alone, so this bugs me somewhat.

Actually I probably did hear or read but wasn't paying attention at the time. Happens as a function of age. A fried chicken joint?

Actually wasn't going to do anything but ride and went by on my way to Mt. Dora earlier. Then a friend called when I got home and wanted to go somewhere, so... I figured it was just a light crowd because it had been early when I went by. There were about 5 old Indians (motorcycles, not Seminoles) pulling out when we got there. Then, ironically, while I'm eating, about 10 sport bikes pull in :shock: (just a staging event, methinks)

A fried chicken joint? What's next? Bike night at Long John Silver's? Seems everybody is suddenly jumping on the bike night band wagon. Just goes to show that in business, if you get a good thing going, someone is going to imitate and maybe innovate and there goes your competetive advantage! We are a fickle lot and easily bored, I guess.

Fried chicken or bbq ? Porkies food is ok but not great, maybe even a little pricey for the place. The chicken place is a hooters wannabe that has had aim on porkies bike night for a while now.

It's not the food (necessarily) that's the pull, it's the mingle and mangle of the event. Eventually everybody gets bored and moves on especially when it gets diluted.

I guess I'll probably give up when A&W and the BP creates a bike night.

Maybe it should be a progressive bike night where each joint has it's own time slot. Poop! I just want a good time and a free T-shirt.

It's all pretty much the ride for me. I can take or leave the events, and the food, usually. Fun to see folks, say hi, listen to the latest bs, hit the road...

I like your wind tunnel idea. More like salmon swimming upstream in a 90 mph current, though. They make a VTX submarine?
