Kuryakyn lizard lights

Thanks to several guys last night I discovered I had the lizard lights in place under the tank. I need to check if it is disconnected as it doesn't work at present. I have tried to do a search on MN, WI laws regarding use. Does any one know the legalities of using those type of lights? I have heard that in certain states it depends upon the color of light but I have not been able to track down any specific MN laws regarding that. It may be a mute point if they don't work anyways but I hope to figure that part out today.

Well, one side does work and they are a blue red combo. It was a blown fuse. It ran for a bit then blew the fuse again. The right side never worked. Cool to have but not a priority for me to pursue and fix at this point.
